Crispy Air-Fryer Honey-Chili Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 2–3 portions
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili crisp or sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
- Mix glaze. Pat salmon dry; brush tops with half the glaze.
- Air-fry 5–6 min; brush with remaining glaze; cook 2–3 min more to 125–130°F center.
- Rest 2 min; spoon any drips over; serve with rice and cucumbers.
