Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 2–3 portions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili crisp or sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Heat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Mix glaze. Pat salmon dry; brush tops with half the glaze.
  3. Air-fry 5–6 min; brush with remaining glaze; cook 2–3 min more to 125–130°F center.
  4. Rest 2 min; spoon any drips over; serve with rice and cucumbers.

Notes & Substitutions

Swap honey for maple syrup, or use shrimp with a 4–5 minute cook time.
