- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp instant yeast
- 1½ cups warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Stir flour, salt, and yeast. Add water and 1 tbsp olive oil; mix until shaggy.
- Cover and rest 1–2 hours until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Heat an oven-safe skillet with 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Transfer dough to skillet, cover with foil, bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 7–8 minutes more.
- Mix butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over hot bread and slice.
