No-Knead Skillet Garlic Bread

Chewy-crisp edges, garlicky butter, great with pasta or soups.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup warm water (approx.)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: parsley, Parmesan
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Stir in warm water to shaggy dough. Cover; rest 60–90 min until doubled.
- Heat oven to 425°F (220°C). Oil a 10–12” oven-safe skillet.
- Scrape dough into skillet; gently spread to edges with oiled fingers.
- Mix butter + garlic; brush half over dough.
- Bake 15 min; brush remaining butter; bake 3–7 min more until golden.
- Cool 5 min; top with parsley/Parmesan; slice.
